The city of Mytyschy in the Moscow Region is being developed by “Stroyteks” since 1992. More than 30 dwelling complexes already embellish the city. The complex “Bylyna” (built in 2004) houses flats with heated lounges, spacious halls and arched windows. The construction allows for extending the kitchen and bathroom space. Underground garage parking places are arranged in the inner yard. First floors provide room for offices, shops and services.
