“Of 200 thousand square meters of dwelling housing that is annually constructed in the city of Mytyschy considerable share belongs to the “Stroyteks” Group of Companies. From house to house we are trying to improve the quality of building construction works opting for greater comfort of dwelling facilities”.

It is not by chance that the “Bylyna” complex was chosen as a presentation object for contest purposes during traditional professional inspection of working associations “Master Builder 2005” in the Moscow region. “Stroyteks” workers are regular participants in such competitions taking prestigious places in nominations, such as “The best brick layer”, “The best plasterer”, and others.

In the domain of complex city building, “Stroyteks” is taking part in numerous social projects and beneficial activities: sponsorship has been offered to the Donskaya Church in Perlovka, the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in Taininka.
A large amount of city welfare actions has been carried out: communal objects of engineering infrastructure have been put into operation, there appeared new streets, the building of underground and surface parking places is under way. The “Stroyteks” has also constructed a major circular transport juncture in the 13 th district of Mytyschy.

The dwelling complex “Gulliver” holding more than 114 000 square meters of living space was constructed in the centre of Mytyschy. This project has no analogues in the Moscow region. The buildings of the complex are in harmony with the entire architecture of the urban ensemble. A reliable quality of building construction works enables us to speak of elite housing for a wide range of customers. One might argue that there cannot be high-class flats in Mytyschy as it cannot compete with the centre of Moscow. This stereotype is easily broken when you visit the building cites, and the “Gulliver” area in particular. A well-kept park territory together with the advantages of the project and engineering implementation played their part in the choice of options for the customers.

More than 650 000 square meters of dwelling space already put into operation, have enabled “Stroyteks” not only to acquire considerable experience in high-quality building construction, but, as a result, contributed to the company’s rising prestige in building circles and administrative structures. It also became necessary to progress towards more practicable, effective and economically justifiable projects.

The dwelling complex “Breeze” (built in 2006-2007) presents a rigid monolith carcass of extremely high durability. There is a wide range of flat lay-outs to appeal to customers with varying tastes: 10 types of one-room flats (from 38 to 50 m²), 5 variants of two-room flats (from 60 to 70 m²), and 10 – of three-room flats (from 85 to 120 m²). The dwelling complex has an infrastructure of its own – a pharmacy, shops, a beauty parlour, a fitness centre – on the ground floors of the buildings.
The Multi-Functional complex in Mytyschy city

Among the new directions of activities is the building of office and trade space. The “Stroyteks” Group of companies has started the construction of a multi-functional complex in Mytyschy city ( Peace street, districts 2, 3). The total space amounts to 43 760 m². The complex will accommodate a shopping-recreation centre, offices, and a garage-parking. Sporting space (a fitness-centre) will occupy 1500 m², shopping space – 5000 m², and a restaurant – 800 m².
