The “Stroyteks” Group of companies includes some building divisions authorized to carry out all construction works and undertake the functions of the General Contractor.

One such division is “Stroyteks-Engineering”. Its production programme covers mass housing projects as well as elite building construction and administrative-industrial complexes implementing standard and individual designs.

As a General Contractor “Stroyteks-Engineering” receives all the necessary clearance documentation for production of building works strictly in accordance with the rated layout. If necessary the company takes part in improving the design project together with the Customer to achieve progressive technological solutions.

The “Stroyteks-Engineering” is distinguished by its readiness to realize all recommendations of the Customer as regards the cost of building works, materials and equipment, striving for the optimal ratio of the price/output parameters, and observing the dates of housing construction as stipulated by the Customer.

In optimizing the building-assembling works “Stroyteks-Engineering” employs the systemic approach as based on standard regulations GOST R ISO 9000. Acting as the General Contractor the company works in close co-operation with the administrative structures of local regions where building construction is taking place and with Moscow Government.
