Social Projects
The opening of the first new (for the last 7 years) Kindergarten built by the “Stroyteks” Group of Companies became a memorable event in Mytyschy-city. The Kindergarten is part of the “Bylina” dwelling complex’s infrastructure; its territory is securely guarded. The building is provided with its own power station, it is surrounded by lawns, summer houses and playing cites. The company is planning the building of another kindergarten as part of the dwelling complex “Breeze” in the nearest future.

School of Arts ¹ 1 Another achievement in the social sphere and another festive event was the opening of a School of Arts in Mytyschy. A new spacious, full of light building housing 240 pupils will now easily accommodate various musical and choreography classes including those of computational music. The undertaking of social projects makes up for the increasing prestige of commercial housing. Shops, pharmacies, hair-dresser’s, household services have always been taking the ground floors in “Stroyteks” houses. Now schools and kindergartens can be added to the list. At present a new complex programme covering social projects is under way. |
Some years ago “Stroyteks” offered sponsorship to the Donskaya Church reconstruction in Perlovka, also to The Enunciation Cathedral in Mytyschy. In 2005 the company rendered a large-scale financial help to the building of The Christ Nativity Cathedral in Mytyschy. The Cathedral is situated in the city centre and presents one of the most remarkable buildings of the kind in Mytyschy. For participation in the project the “Stroyteks” Group of Companies was awarded a special Medal of the Russian Christian Church. This is how traditions are born.

The building of schools, kindergartens, sporting facilities, and other social objects in Mytyschy is conducted by the company’s division “Stroyteks-Mytyschy”, which is fully licensed to undertake the function of the General Contractor. The building division has its own vehicle fleet, load-lifting devices and mechanical shops in Mytyschy.
